What are Voniko shipping options?
Orders will be shipped from our warehouse in California, USA using USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEX standard shipping. We do not support the designated courier company. This method typically delivers within 4-10 business days from the shipment date.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed, verified,quality-checked, and packaged within 2 business days. During sale periods or over holiday weekends, shipping may take an extra business day. For holiday orders, we will process them for you within 72 hours. For urgent orders, you can contact us in the mail, and we will process your order in time. In case of any unexpected that cause delay, we will inform in time by e-mail.
Do you ship to all states in the U.S.?
We are able to ship to all states except Alaska and Hawaii at this time due to recent changes in shipping regulations. Please sign up for our newsletter to be informed when that changes.
What is shipping cost?
*We offer free shipping on each order over $25.
*We offer free shipping on orders with two or more items, regardless of the order total.
*For orders below $25 and with fewer than two items, the shipping cost will be automatically calculated when you check out. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of items, and the destination.
*Sales Tax does not exist.
Are you able to ship internationally?
Unfortunately, We are not currently shipping internationally, but U.S. mainland only. To get updates on when we will be shipping to your region sign up for our newsletter!
Notes:
1) Standard Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
2) If you place more than one order, you may get multiple deliveries. We'll send you a shipping confirmation email for each order, so you'll know exactly what to expect and when to expect it.
3) In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
4) If there is any shipping issue with your package, you must inform us via support@vonikoshop.com within 30 days of your order placing.
How can I track our order?
Once your order is picked up by the carrier at our warehouse, we will send you a shipment tracking update email with the estimated delivery date and tracking number. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam or junk mail folder or contact us by email at support@vonikoshop.com.
Will all items from my order be delivered at the same time?
We strive to deliver all items together. However, some products may ship separately due to different shipping options. You'll receive a shipment notification email once an item is shipped.
Why isn't there any tracking update?
If your order is within the estimated delivery time please wait patiently for tracking updates. If significantly overdue, contact the shipping courier or reach us out for assistance.
Can I change the delivery address after shipping?
Unfortunately, we can't change the address once the product is in transit.
What if the received product is different from what I ordered?
Contact customer support at support@vonikoshop.com with details about the issue for assistance.
My package shows delivered but I haven't received it. What should I do?
Wait for 2 business days post-delivery confirmation. Check your surroundings and ask neighbors if they received it. If still undelivered, contact us at support@vonikoshop.com for assistance.

A sincere apology in advance for all inconvenience that your purchased Voniko products arouse. We will look into every issue carefully and take full responsibility, offer replacement or full refund to quality issues that are proven.
Pls note that this policy is for purchased products via www.vonikoshop.com. For products bought from Voniko stores on site such as Amazon, Walmart, Tiktok or through Voniko authorized dealers, kindly pls contact them directly.
Warranty
*Products without sufficient proof of purchase.
*Damage caused by misuse.
*Improper installation.
*Damaged by yourself.
*Purchase the product by mistake.
*Neglect, accident or modification, which have been soldered or altered during assembly.
*Proven as other malicious behaviors to intend to get refund.
How to claim warranty?
*Claim to e-mail support@vonikoshop.com directly and Vonikoshop staff will feed back to you within 1 business day.
*When you claim, it is necessary to provide following information:
-Order number generated by vonikoshop
-E-mail address, phone number and name to place the related order
-Sales receipt
-Proofs including but not limited to claimed products photos, videos…

Return
We offer a 30-day hassle-free money back guarantee from receipt date on items purchased directly from vonikoshop.com. And prior to return, pls contact support@vonikoshop.com in advance to confirm if Voniko can assume the return shipping fee. If for any reason you are not satisfied and would like to return an item, please let us know within 30 days from the receipt date.
Return shipping costs should be paid by the customer in the following situations:
Purchase the product by mistake.
Usage of product contrary to its stated instructions.
Returning products without any proven defect.
Removal of identification labels such as, but not limited to, the original label, patent, serial number.
Damage caused by improper storage, abuse or user error.
Neglect, accident or modification, which have been soldered or altered during assembly.
Vonikoshop only provides prepaid return label for quality problem products.
Return process
Get in touch with us and start the return process within 30 days of the receipt date on items purchased.
Provide proof of purchase from vonikoshop.com ( Order number, email address, phone number, name..).
The product should be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as the item you received.
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we confirm receipt of your returned items and check their state at our warehouse.
Refund
Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method and cannot be issued to other cards or bank accounts. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after confirmation, and it generally takes 10-15 business days to be returned to the original payment method.
If you haven't received your refund beyond 15 business days, please contact us for further assistance.
Exchange
Vonikoshop can replace proven quality-related product that fails to operate within the applicable warranty period. The replaced product assumes the remaining warranty period of the original product.
Cancel the Order
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. If you cancel the order, you will get a full refund. If the product has already been shipped, you will not be able to cancel the order.
